You must have access to Indonesian banking facilities (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other licensed Indonesian banks) or Indonesian e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for deposits and withdrawals. You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
You may register and maintain only one account with ug900. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances including deposits and winnings.
VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: ug900 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your age, identity, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
To create an ug900 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred username and password. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and matches your official identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ug900 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ug900 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
ug900 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud and underage gambling. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
Documents must be uploaded through your ug900 account dashboard. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed successfully.
ug900 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or if required by applicable law or regulatory authority. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks, subject to completion of KYC verification and fraud checks.
ug900 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and other licensed Indonesian banks; E-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically credited to your ug900 account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process.
You may request withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 (subject to change based on account tier and verification level). Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require KYC verification and may be subject to additional fraud and security checks, which can take 24-72 hours.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments (deposits or withdrawals using another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. ug900 reserves the right to reject withdrawals if we cannot verify that the payment method belongs to the account holder. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless an exception is granted by our finance team.
ug900 does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or interbank transfer fees. These fees are beyond ug900's control. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold (Rp 100,000) may incur an administrative fee of Rp 10,000. Dormant accounts (no login for 180 consecutive days) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) COMPLIANCE: ug900 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. Large or suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 100,000,000 in any 30-day period.
ug900 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "playthrough") that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires Rp 2,500,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, ug900 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ug900's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug900 account in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
ug900 is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, telecommunications failures, etc.).
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of ug900 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact ug900 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to our disputes resolution team at [email protected] (displayed as text only for security). We will make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes amicably. If no resolution can be reached within 60 days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with section 10.1.
ug900 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or account notification. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and may request account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and wagering requirement completion).
